All of you drop your heels, it's particularly noticeable at 0.24 - your back feet are pretty much flat on the floor. You need to stay high on your toes throughout and this will actually improve your posture as well - dropping the heels makes you bounce around and bend your knees. Point your toes whenever your foot is off the ground too. I like the bit at 1.33 but the girls going backwards need to not look over their shoulders!

Thank you for your input. However our lack of professionalism was merely because we were just messing around and having fun lol. This wasn't a real performance :)
