Yes y mobile does sucks, how about I buy an my touch full retail price because I didnt want the contract so I got the unlimited talk text and Web with 4g speed, sounds good huh?? Shittttt them fukas got me I paid 240 for the phone thinking I just got the best deal ever ! Two Weeks later I tried watching you tube etc videos basically, the shit was slow as ever even downloading!! I call customer service im told you got the 2g plan with the 4g speed and your 4g balance ranned out! And your now 2g
