Che combinazione! Ho visto qs. video per caso.....è lo stesso itinerario che faccio in bici per andare in ufficio: via Olona.......via De Amicis..... via GianGiacomo Mora......naturalmente sui marciapiedi!!!

I am from Milan also and now I live in San Francisco. What makes Milan beautiful is not the phisical beauty as you would find in other cities like Rome or Florence or Venice. It's the athmosphere. It's the life and the people and what Milan represents to the rest of Italy. I can't explain it to you. You have to live there or be from there. There is no other place on earth where I'd want to be born.

You can't understand. You have to live there. I from Milan, now I live in Australia, but I do miss every single bit of that city. Even the ugly part. You hate and love Milan at the same time. You complain about its dirtyness, about the ugly buildings built in the sixities and seventies and all the other problems. But it's hard to live without them. I miss those sad looking areas, the grey, the fog around the city. As much as I love the elegant downtown in a sunny day.

...Yes, and Winnipeg is full of beautiful villas with deer and bears in the public gardens. It 'easy to live in 20/30 million people in an area cut off, removed a few thousand Indians, but Milan, like all European cities, the beautiful and the ugly is the history, the strength, the difficulty, the resistance of 'Humanity in having lived and progressed over the centuries.
