  • The best way to manage Stress: Keep your ass off the couch AND - GO - OUT!! Fresh air is the best against stress!!

    I have stress sometimes too, but just go away from that person who gives you that kind of stress....take a few deep breaths, and come back.

    It works for me.

  • It's easy to "be Zen" when you're on your own is it?!

  • The single answer to managing stress: If you have enough money that takes away all your daily worrries(food,rent,utilities,e­ducation...etc) you don't have stress. But this is the difficult thing.
