Dr Monte, I recently discovered your podcast fitness rocks and it...well...it rocks! i love it man! I wish you hadn't stopped. I'm about half way through and your show (as well as phedipidations..i know that's misspelled) has really inspired me to get out there and workout. Currently I'm training for a 5k and i'm doing great. I ran 2.5 miles this morning (which i couldn't do three weeks ago!) and i've been eating more fruits and veggies. Are you doing anything else right now to reach out?
Good video, but fitness doesn`t have to include training in the gym, most people could avoid heart disease just by going for a walk, or cycling a couple of times a week.
