@bha999 nope right time right amount. the goal of doing this is flip the vehicle over and start shooting at the personnel cuz even if it wasnt that deep they know there is a shield under the vehicle. so the point is to flip it over . shoot at it, burn it, and yell"Alluah Akber" but THANK GOD they wasnt driving cupple inches on the left side. Yes the IED WAS under concrete. They start the dig along side the road and dig a tunnel under the concrete.
