everytime i wake up in the middle of the night and i cannot sleep when its raining. i always think of this song. and i start humming a song by bob seger from the 70s. lol god bless and merry christmas to everybody.

What a great song and it captures the whole teenage rampaging hormone thing we all went through beautifully. Everytime i hear it, I think of my first sexual experience and the girl whom I had it with...it definitely was a long, hot summer. Without a doubt, Seger's finest moment.
