Rick Perry Strong Parody - "Strong"

Rick Perry's promotional campaign video, "strong" has very quickly become the most disliked youtube video of all time, beating "friday" by Rebecca Black within a matter of days. The homophobic and christian fundamentalist antiscience message has struck a major chord with atheists and homosexuals especially, and the numerous deliberate lies paciked into the 30 second spot is astounding. Hate is not too strong a word for the reaction to Perry's video, it's message of christian fundamentalist bigotry and advocacy of theocracy along with the awkward delivery make it a classicwhen it comes to political self sabotage, with allegations that Obama (a strong christian) is conducting a war on religion, age is truly epic. Here I attempt to do an atheist version, trying to be just as stupid and bigoted, in reverse.Add to this the fact that he is wearing the same jacket as one of the characters on Brokeback Mountain wore (along with rumors of his own homosexuality) and it adds up to a strongly viral video.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm a Christian, but you don't need to be in the pew every Sunday to know there's something wrong in this country when gays can serve openly in the military but our kids can't openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school.
As President, I'll end Obama's war on religion. And I'll fight against liberal attacks on our religious heritage.
Faith made America strong. It can make her strong again.
