  • first decent video i've seen from this company. He speaks the truth. never lie to a booking agent. We will ban you from ever playing in our venue again if you obviously quote us a bad audience number. EVEN if you are with another band later who may be able to get more ppl in, your still on the no book list. Don't think we don't keep records and cross check cause we do.

  • Dude you are WAY better to listen to than Dave Jackal. That guy is just creepy. Great advice in all your videos!

  • wow great info

  • Good advice

  • A musicians worth is not how many people they bring out. Even WITHOUT a draw you can be worth $1000 to a club if you know how to entertain an audience and keep them in their seats.

Here's a quick example: 100 people come into a bar over the course of a 3 hour gig, the average bill is usually $10-$15 but because of your show people stay for an extra drink or two, you're just raised their average bill to $20-$25 ie 10 X 100= $1000 in their till. You should get half of that $500.

  • However common sense this may be, it's a good reminder: if you are bluffing, be ready to answer quickly

  • stay thirsty my friends

  • good ass advice.

  • That is sooooo true what he said thanks for the info we are going on tour this summer of 2010.
