These are Royal 22nd Regiment "Van Doos" CANADIANS This is on a Rocket Range in CANADA and is a training mishap The Eryx Missile is a product of FRANCE and is used by Canada and other NATO nations. The Eryx is a very effective anti-tank weapon but just like every other weapon system out there such as TOW or Javelin, you will get Duds or misfires at one time or another.

You can't criticize the soldiers for a weapon failing. The Javelin fails too
