You can save the earth without offending those around you when you go au natural.

To complete this How-To you will need:

A shower
Plant-based soaps
Natural food
Clean water
Wheat grass
Red radish juice
A lime
Deodorant soap
Baking soda
White vinegar
Baby powder
Talc
2-3 c. tomato juice
Tea tree oil
Spray bottle
Towels
Cotton socks
A tooth brush
Citrus, mint, lavender, or vanilla oils

Step 1: Take a shower

Take a shower, daily, using natural, plant based soaps.

Step 2: Eat natural food

Eat natural or organic foods with lots of fiber, grains, and leafy green vegetables. Drink loads of clean water, and add 500 milligrams of wheat grass, which will reduce body odor.

Step 3: Apply red radish juice

Apply red radish juice to your feet and under your arms to smell fresh.

Step 4: Clean your pits

Rub lime under your arms, or use deodorant soap, baking soda, or white vinegar with water to rinse them.

Tip: Apply baby powder or talc after washing under your arms.

Step 5: Soak in tomato juice

Soak in a bath with two or three cups of tomato juice for about 15 minutes. Follow with a natural deodorant of two drops of tea tree oil in a spray bottle of water.

Step 6: Dry your feet

Dry your feet thoroughly and wear natural fabrics to let your skin breathe. Cotton socks control sweating and odor.

Step 7: Brush teeth and tongue

Brush your teeth and tongue regularly and avoid mouthwashes with alcohol, which only temporarily cover smell. Drops of peppermint oil kill bacteria and will freshen your breath naturally.

Step 8: Wear scented natural oils

Wear scented natural oils from citrus mint, lavender, or vanilla to calm any anxieties you have about suspicious odors. Check with an allergist to be sure you're not allergic.
