Just getting some hooping on before it rains on my day off. It's the first day of May 2009 and it's not sunny? WHAT?! Nothing spectacular, I've been on a pause all week and this was my first chance to break out the hoops, feels good, I wish I could've enjoyed it more before the rain came though! You can see it towards the end but it was sprinkling the whole time. BLEH!! I'm still trying to find my flow, it's probably the most difficult part of hooping, next time I'm going to try the blindfold.

I love how you seem to have your own dance style that totally shows through your hooping. Fun vid! I really liked the move you did around 4:04 where you step through and then bring it around you, it's really simple but it makes an awesome transition move!
