silver fish?! you must have lots of books in ur house. lol
i gave them aphids once.
but as you know, aphids do not move around very much, so i had no idea if they were caught by spider hatchlings....

during the dummer, I used to catch the occasional silver fish babies. I tried fruit flies, but they were too big.

thx for ur nice comments again.
i could not provide juvenile spiderlings enough tiny preys.

Dude, if you aren't already you should sign on to the arachnoboards. We'd love any ideas and tips for these. The spider I have that had the egg sac with her when she was caught has slings now and made another egg sac! 0.0
Yay! Hopefully I'll have lots of slings! I gave them some aphids but the spiders haven't molted yet, so they're not exploring much.

Aww! Did you free them outdoors? What I did is, I collect 3~4 spiderlings a day (wandering around in the jar) and put them in a small bottle and free them in the backyard bushes and do the same thing 3~4 times over the week for the total of about 20 babies. How many babies did you get?
PhidippusAudax 4 years ago
i did not count the number of babies.
probably 20 or so like yours.
