Subtitles merely take practise. Once you start watching them alot you learn to read fast and catch up and then its like second nature. I also like this dub, its not too bad. I actually had an audition at ADV to this anime but was unsuccessful. That's what made me first start watching it.

This isn't the best dub I've heard by a long shot, but I always liked these mid-to-late '90s dubs by ADV. They've got a certain charm to them. And say what you want about the voice actors, they sure know how to deliver a joke.
