This is a refrence to Scandavian Myths about Succubi (Beautiful Female Demons) coming to young men in the night and tempting them to sin and, ultimately, insanity. They were known to sit on men's chests, staring them down and visiting at regular intervals. Not something most people know, only really well-educated ones. Next time somebody says I.C.P. is ignorant, crude music for stupid people, bring this up. XDD
