The family of American web wizard and information activist Aaron Swartz says he may have been driven to suicide by the ferocious prosecution process against him. Aged 26, the internet crusader faced decades in jail for downloading millions of academic papers, which he believed should be available to everyone. Rick Falkvinge, an IT entrepreneur and founder of the Swedish Pirate Party says the majority of all information should be free to whoever wants it.

He commited suicide with a belt in his bed?

How the heck that could be done?

You can not kill yourself with a belt inside your bed.

When people commit suicide they use over dosis of pills, pistols or just hang themselfs that their necks break by hanging, and how the heck someone can kill himself with a belt inside his bed?

    Bullshit!

    What like how?

It is impossible to kill yourself with a belt inside your bed, how do you could kill yourself?Doesn't matter how hard you want to try to kill yourself when you have the possibility to stop it you will stop it in the last seconds. It is like try to kill yourself without breathing.

You can not kill yourself when you have the possibility to stop, suicide occurs only in sudden action like shooting or hanging to break your neck but not choking yourself it is impossible.

It seems like from what I have observed, currently the only constitutional revisionism is coming from the Obama camp. Holder, et. al. What's wrong with tangible assets backing your currency? Not wasting money on unnecessary wars that FOR A FACT have bankrupted ever great nation sooner or later?

Make no mistake, I'm not attacking you. But I would like to know what you base your opinions on, since they relate to my beliefs.

So you think our current policies are working? What policy would you implement that is viable? I'm just curious because a) our current policies many share in Congress and elsewhere ARE seemingly getting us in deep shit, and b) lib(ertarian) ideals are logical when I compare to modern liberal / socialist / false, neo-conservative law making and policy application. You believe libertarians are fake, too?

I do not believe this was suicide. Does anyone else agree with me?

You put the belt around your neck or down your throat. Then a government employee (agent) enters the room and strangles you.

The coroner report is then faked, voila! you've committed suicide.
