Calendar in the Classroom.mpg

Jeffers Foundation has partnered with the Freshwater Society of Minnesota to produce an educational program for elementary aged children. Using the very popular Weatherguide Environment Calendar produced and distributed by the Freshwater Society, Jeffers in collaboration with Cara Rieckenberg, Environmental Education Coordinator of the Prior Lake Savage Area Schools, created standards based grade level lessons drawing on Calendar content. These lessons are available both at the Jeffers and Freshwater websites.
