These families should not suffer because Obama has made a dangerous decision to suspend trials of Gitmo detainees and to close the mult-million dollar facility.

I got this in an email: Families of the 17 sailors killed when al-Qaida suicide bombers steered an explosive-filled boat into the U.S.S. Cole were shocked today to learn President Barack Obama has dropped charges against Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, the mastermind of the attack. This is part of his pledge to close the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center, but is a frightening pattern by Obama that he does not understand the stakes in Americas war against terrorism.

Some of the victims' relatives said they welcomed Obama's gesture. Still, they aren't entirely convinced that his decision to close the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, facility, where terrorism suspects are being detained, and halt legal action on their cases is the right thing to do.

Obama has expressed concerns about the fact that detainees have been held for years without trial. He has signed an executive order to close the facility within a year while the administration reviews other options for seeing that the detainees get their day in court.

Retired Navy Cmdr. Kirk S. Lippold, commanding officer of the Cole at the time of the Oct. 12, 2000, bombing, said he was disappointed when he first learned of the decision and remained skeptical. He also faulted Obama for not consulting the families ahead of time.

Obama should be impeached on treason counts for putting Muslim Terrorist ahead of American Soldiers. It is a crime for him to stopped the trials in the name of justice. He should have allowed ongoing trials to finish. Obama is in the Pockets of the Terrorists & possibility the prison release will be payback for funding his career & election. At the election it was politically incorrect to say he had Muslim ties, after the election hes on Muslim broadcast speaking about his Muslim family.

Okay now... Ask the lady about the topic of "throwing blacks in jail" because a lot of people seem to say that cops are throwing black people in jail because they are black despite they actually committed crimes. Obama is doing a good job. Presidency is not easy, especially because he has to handle this economy, this war. Politics are not easy. We all should give Obama more credit than he deserves...
