Great vidoe, cute opening with the fear of bread!!!...however..your baking power contains ALUMINUM! For anyone avoiding heavy metals..this is a no, no. So just posting that waring for people new to bio-med and gfcf, do read the labels on everything.

P.s. Your fear of bread...lol I had to laugh, but so true! I am starting to bake the bread tomorrow... wish me luck! Thx for doing the videos... I am sure my little guy will love these buns as well. I am going to try cinnamon raisin to see if he will eat them. It's not a bagel, but I can play around with it. I guess that is another question... any idea how to do bagels???

Awesome videos. Also an autism mom and have just had to go yeast free now after gfcf, actually the company I used for bread started to use yeast... grrrr... anyhow, have you done a chicken nugget recipe? My little guy loves them but I have had an impossible time finding one that doesn't taste like chalk dust. Any idea's?

Kimmy....THANK YOU!!! My 4 1/2 year old little boy is currently enjoying his first taste of "bread" in 2 years!!! He's GFCF for PDD-NOS. Poor kid hasn't had a "sandwich" in AGES. In the past hour (since the rolls have come out of the oven) he has gobbeled up THREE rolls!! He's stealing them from the baking tray!!! Even his (typical) sister, who can eat anything is eating one. :-) Thank you. The pre-made GFCF breads are just awful...these rolls are YUMMY! Thanks again!! xo, Suze
Hi Kim, I can't thank you enough for putting this video.I was out of touch with GFCFDiet forum because of my heavy work load.I will certainly try this and also I will try your chicken nuggets soon. You are a God Send. God Bless you. God will certainly reward you for your sincere effort to help others. Thanks so much again,Namita

Can you use Bob's Red Mill garbanza/fava bean flour in place of the chickpea flour. Having trouble finding quinoa or chickpea. Even online.

Yes, I think the first few times I made it I had to substitute as well....the Bob's will work fine ;)

I conquered my fear of the bread. I really wish Lisa would have called them biscuits. I would have tried these sooner. I substituted Bob's Red Mill all purpose flour, egg and olive oil. We have a winner.
Thanks.

that's awesome donna! i know what u mean about calling them biscuits...i don't know if u noticed but when I was forming the dough balls i tried to make them as smooth as possible to see if they would have more of a "roll" look, but they still came out biscuity..but if he eats them i don't care what they look like! (remember the turdburger, lol)
