I just bought an FJ and all it has is the dif switch. Does this mean I might have A trac and all I need to buy is the switch and it will work just fine?

This worked in my 2010. If you have a locking rear differential this will work. If you don't, it won't.

So would this work for a 08 and newer year or only 07. Thanks in advance

Well, If there is a Locking Differential, there WILL be an A-Trac button. I wonder why you would need to do this, unless your switch was broken.

If there is a locking differential, there is not necessarily an A-TRAC switch.
