These are some pics that I have taken of my day hikes and overnight trips on the Pine Mountain Trail. I have grown up camping and hiking in this area and love the peaceful serinity that it offers.

I've been going to FDR, Pine Mountain, Manchester, and Warm Springs my entire life--however, I've never been to Cascade Falls--your photos make me want to walk over to see it.

It's well worth the hike. If you park at Rocky Point parking lot and cross the street and follow the trail that way towards and on past Sassafrass hill campsite, you will find it is an easier hike than putting in from the WJSP Tower. There is also a massive pine tree just before you get to Old Sawmill campsite that is worth veiwing. Dont think I ever saw a pine tree that big before. Have fun!!
