Our organic wines are situated in Medrano, Junin, Mendoza. This special place has warm days and cool nights to grow grapes with intense colours and full of aromas. The soil with alluvial sands and stony subsoil have good drainage and is watered through the irrigation system that collects natural water from thaw of the Cordillera de los Andes Mountains.

The Organic Wines we make is manual harvested in cases of 17 kgrs when the grapes are in the best moment of maturity. From a Mendoza traditional design, equipped with small concrete tanks for the production of high quality red organic wines. The underground cellar offers ideal temperature and humidity throughout the year for the storage of barrels and bottle aging.

Specializing in the production of super premium organic wines, many vintners rely on us the wine making of its unique wines.

Organic Wines here in Pulmary go through low fermentations and long macerations to obtain concentrate organic wines with high tipicity and kindly tannins, makes the personality of the winery. We produce40.000 bottles per year, all with ecological methods in the vineyards and in the winery certified by Organizacion Internacional Agropecuaria.
