The Mills Hi Boy was made around 1929 and was one of the very first, if not the very first, jukebox which allowed the patron to select which record to play.
Well in 1929 the other average speed was 80rpm but it sounds pretty close to speed. Looks like a permapoint needle. Kinda scared me that you would play those 78's with a steel needle. It will ruin them, especially a 1950's record as they weren't cut to handle a steel needle.
All and all for 1929 it has an amazing sound. Great video. You did a nice job with that jukebox.
