Mandy please make some more videos and let us know how your doing! I've watched all your videos at least five times and they're inspiring! Please make more!!!! :)
You remind me of myself before I developed OCD towards food and lost about 1/3 of my body weight. Certain foods cause me to have severe acne breakouts so I pretty much vowed to get rid of my acne at all costs. I began limiting intakes of the foods such as sugars, carbs and processed foods, replacing them with copious amounts of 'negative calorie' vegetables. Believe me loosing weight has made me more mad than before (Simply because Im anxious all the time due to my OCD)
As for binging, make sure you're looking at all the food you're going to eat before you eat. For example, if you're going to eat a sandwich, make the sandwich, put all the ingredients away, put the sandwich on a plate, leave the room, and then start eating it and don't go back looking for more food.
My advice to you is make sure you drink plenty of water, and try to only drink water. Try to get a good amount of sleep each night, 8 hours or so because if you don't sleep enough your body may think it's hungrier than it actually is.
I know how you feel, I'm 175 and 17 years old also.
I'm gonna try to start to eat 6 meals a day, because I'm the type that will binge at night.
Honestly look for your triggers. SOMETHING pushes you to it. For me I know to stay the hell away from cereal if I'm upset/stressed/sad ect. because I will just binge and purge.
