I thought the video was really helpful, I wonder if most people realize you can stop the video anywhere you want.

I did like this lady's soft clear voice in showing us how to do this Provisional Cast-Ons. Now I am going to try doing it myself, and if I make a mistake will be back to watch her Video.
Thank you so much - most appreciated and yes helpful.

Wow! Wish I was that fast. So fast, couldn't take it all in. Like the other comments, on my computer screen, the colours looked the same.

Would have been much better if she slowed down for us newbies and also used more contrasting yarns.

Gosh, there's no need for nasty comments. This video does go a bit fast, but for the most part, nice, concise instruction. I've been knitting for a long time so was able to figure out what was going on fairly quickly. Plus learned several new techniques as well as how I messed up the first time. Thanks!

Much too fast. Hopefully I will find another that instructs at a slower pace.

I find most of interweave videos she does as useless as expert village videos, glad none of those so called experts are my guide or teacher's/thank the knitting saints there are real teachers whom do videos that stop and think out their methods first to show us the way, instead of grabbing their 60 dollar knitting needles blab.and at times just seem to showoff..meh

Excellent! She does this very fluidly. Pause if you need it slowed down. This is excellent, without awkward pauses and is very professional. It was the only video I needed as a review for this technique. Thanks!

@RawJewel I changed yarns for the shrug I'm working, but as soon as I post pics of it I'll message you - the CO worked like a dream! If I look really close I can tell where the "seam" is, but other than that it looks great. The only tip I have is this - your first row knitting from that bottom edge down, knit through the back loop. My stitches were twisted.
too fast, girl. I'm trying to wrap my head around how it works, and the demo goes way too fast to even see what she's doing, except for the last technique. SLOW DOWN AND USE CONTRASTING COLORS FOR YOUR YARN.

Great speaking voice however if you're looking for help, she goes WAY TOO FAST with her hands. It's obvious she is very good and knows what she is doing, but for visual learners, it's too fast. :( And if you used a red yarn for the waste yarn, it would make more sense. I'll have to go looking for other demos or visit my LYS for help.
