changelog:
Rose and Vega had combos into airthrows that did no damage. They now do regular scaled airthrow damage.
Gouken has more damage on his ultra.
Sagat has less damage on his ultra.
Sakura now has to cancel from HP+HK like everyone else.

NOTE: Please use Personal Action 01 to avoid HP+HK freezing. There is no good fix for this.

This mod looks like hard work. I always wanted a SF4 dramatic battle (2v1). Is that insanely hard to code?

@0ShinViper0 Yeah, loading three characters and their move properties/effects and balancing it would take more than some hex editing. It would take an engine rewrite. Something you'd need capcom's internal tools to do.

Bug report: using hk+hp with gen makes him freeze.

@Liorren I looked a bit at it, and it doesn't seem to freeze in any of my tests. Was it done online? Online kind of messes up some things if the lag is bad enough.
