i know it doesnt need GTA 4 to run but whats different between them?

EFLC have the cars of normal GTA 4?

@sdrfgvrfgvsfravgdsvS Nope, the cars are different, and also the radio stations are different (songs, but not the name of the stations) the graphics are slightly better, and it is also more optimized than gta 4, plays better on my pc than gta 4.

- it got the cars of GTA 4, too but also some new ones and it got also the old weapons plus some new weapons
