what WAD files are they? i cant read them the resolution is to low

hi! hey i've got a problem, please help me!
i dont know why but in mu WAD files there is not the patched.wad or the neogamma.wad, it appears me the other ISOs:

@guyboy625 its not 'kinda gay' its not even gay, its just it takes a man to admit that it kicks ass and i kinda wasnt ready to admit that yet, this is my go to song for vids without audio now
