That's not really a glitch. The bots apparently are programmed to take teleporters so that they can get to wherever it goes - which happens to be about a footstep away. Because teleporter entrance is still nearby, and they're still at spawn pretty much, they'll keep trying to take the damn thing so that they can get to the front lines - which obviously isn't working.

@Alexy13423 well I consider it a glitch in the programming considering valve didn't think of it during the latest update so until it's resolved it's a glitch :P
