Dungeon Explorer: Warriors of Ancient Arts Boss battle

Started recording a lil late. Overall I loved how the boss fight was suppose to be faught. The overall idea was great. You have to wait until he put his hands through the teleporters and attack the ones in which they come out of, trapping his hands and leaving his weakspot open.

this is just one of many bosses, myself, i hated the Mars dungeon boss battle that giant turtle. I havent finished the game yet, but i have quiet some high leveled characters, lvl 62 knight, lvl 85 samurai, lvl 38 assasin, another like 4 samurais, cuse i love that job :p

Can somebody please help me on how to defeat Neptune lvl 21 boss, its the only quest in the Rift Guild when you are about to finish adventurer grade 8... I have tried everything but cannot even do any damage to the boss...

I am really stuck here. Playing as a lvl16 shaman and no real idea what to do. Do I attack the tentacles or the body? The target never goes blue when I attack the body, is that why I can't seem to do ANY damage? Any hints would be great!
