My wife and I visited the Junction Restaurant on April 29th, 2011 to have a bite to eat and to look at the wildflowers along the way. Just before we finished our lunch some folks in Nickel Cars (1916-1929) showed up to have lunch before continuing on to a car meet in Livermore. The trim on these cars, as you probably guessed, is Nickel which is what was used prior to the popularity of Chrome plating starting in the 1930s. Enjoy!
