Me playing part of what Hugh Laurie and Dave Matthews played on House 3x15 Half-Wit.
I've only transcribe the fist 4 measures (http://www.bennink.info/acda for the sheet..) so the rest is very likely not correct ;)

No offense, but it seems the PDF on your site lacks about everything but the first part. Could you take a look at it, please?

I just really want to learn this song ever since I saw the Half-Wit episode from House MD, which is pretty much a long time ago. And now there is a chance, so yeah... I ask of you to take a look at the PDF link, trying not to sound rude.

I know how people can read things and see a whole different tone in it.

Thanks - I've only done the first 4 measures though.. Will eventually sit down and really have a good listen to it so that I can transcribe it (more) accurately :)
