  • urgwnt plsss.. i need your answer.. anybody..can i let a brown non-angora rabbit to mate with my angora?

  • @sinodaba : Any breed of rabbit can mate but you will ruin the special qualities each pure bred rabbit has; the babies might not have long hair or be as cute. They will have no value $-wise and might be hard to adopt out. All bunnies are loveable but by cross-breeding you are creating "junk" from a quality standpoint.

  • Thank you. I have a smoke Grey female that I 'adopted' from a local pet store(she was left there when a child developed allergies)Recently I started trying to sheer her because every type of bedding, and littler I try to use for her gets stuck in her fur and drops all over the house. I must have been sheering her the wrong way though because she jumps and runs away. I was using really sharp human hair cutting scissors. I will try your tips.

  • If there is a store that sells horse bedding near you there is a very good litter which is pelleted pine sawdust. It has an ammonia reducer for eliminating urine smell and turns to sawdust when wet. This product does not stick to their fur much. There is also a litter pan with a coated wire cover where they can urinate without touching the litter.

  • I have French/German mix angoras and was told by my breeder that I needed to pluck and shear them. I wasn't sure what that meant so thanks for clearing that up for me.

  • You are welcome. I hope to put out my next video about shearing angoras. I have filmed it, I just need 5 hours to put it together!

  • you look like your brushing her very very roughly,,,

  • Thank you. I recently bought something similar to that that is for cats called Feline Pine. It works great. it's virtually odorless, and when she urinates on it it breaks up into sawdust.

  • Yes, give her treats and go slowly so she is comfortable.

  • We just got a 4 mo old satin and she's so nervous. We are trying to get her used to us but I guess it will take time...
