  • another name for this is corner throw as the direction is not the same as with tomoe nage (stomach throw so to preform it a foot must be on the stomach front side all tomo) the difference with this is the direction that you drop and the foot is placed on the inner thigh oh btw i love the yoko never seen that b4 with have to use it in sparring !! thanks for the post

  • @Obsidian1392 tomoe nage requires planting the foot on the opponent's stomach. Sumi Gaeshi uses the foot differently.
