Vietnam Travel--Talking with guys outside Hue

These guys helped me out so much. I can't tell if the guy is trying to speak English, or trying to get some basic Vietnamese words through my thick skull, but we're making it somehow. Yes, that's a cigarette--we had just had a tire blow out on the Minsk, which dumped us unceremoniously on the pavement at a not-too-fast speed. Note the ripped shirt--it really reduced the road-rash on my shoulder. These guys scraped us up off the pavement and went into Hue and bought a new tube and installed it all for a few bucks.
And yes, that is a cigarette. Sort of a bonding peacepipe with these highway saviors. Nothing like a smoke when I'm worried I have a collapsed lung.

typical country ppl in VN are very honest and kind hearted ...i just coulnt understand wth he was saying..ive tried.!heavy central accent.:) but thx for posting the vid.
