LulzSec sparks Cyber "terrorism" fears

The National Security Agency has announced it'll be taking part in a pilot program where it will team up with Internet Service Providers to scan emails and other digital traffic to stop a cyber attack, before it happens. But hypothetically the government can keep tabs on what you're doing online, read your emails, and even who you interact with on social media sites. is this pilot-program announcement merely a PR move by the government to pretend like they haven't already invaded your privacy?

They have no right to touch are Government database unless they was told to do so for security reasons! I think we should be beefing up are data bases, but not just allowing anyone to do so without permission!

If it takes the Government scanning are emails to prevent another disaster or to keep my children out of the hands of some pedophile then I say feel free to scan away! If you have something that bad to hide that worry's one that much, I guess it's worth taking a look at!
