On the 8th of October 2004, the Bali police planted 4.2 kgs of cannabis, in an unlocked bodyboard bag, that belonged to an innocent Australian tourist.

Their numerous breaches of their own Code of Criminal Procedure, is evidence for this. This evidence is in the public domain.
