As a judge of Aegis Entrepreneur Challenge there are six questions that I want an answer when I look at a business plan
1. How do u plan to make your many? How much of it are you going to make?
2. How much money do I have to put in as an investor for you to bring your idea to realisation. For obivous reasons, as a venture capitalist if I have to invest 10 rupees in your plan I expect to make atleast 5 times in next 1 to 2 years.
3. Why is your company or idea is unique and why shoud I invest in it?
4. What does your competition look like? Who are the people having an idea similar to that of yours?
5. How can your idea beat that of your competitors? What makes your concept different from your competitiors currently have?
6. What are your plans to bulid a team fro bringing your idea to realisation?
Apart for these questions what I am looking for is "Passion". You must have a passion for your idea and if that is not seen from your business plans or presentations that your are making, it is likely that it wouldn't be funded.
