This is part 2 of five This film spends a week behind the scenes with Network SouthEast to find out what lies behind rail commuters' misery. There are weekend engineering works that overrun, blocked lines to Charing X, a suicide under a train at Petts Wood, security alerts, irate passengers and a shortage of 33 drivers.

oh gosh i remember this. the cancellations, the red gates being slammed in people's faces. horrifying but funny to watch now.

not sure why these trainspotters are complaining about the service maybe they left there flask at home or something its funny how the customers play up to the camera there be crying in their soup now that the slammers have gone nse ohh the good old days lol
