Honestly, I only expected these glasses to stand up to ejected casings. Never thought they would stand up to a damn shotgun. Proud to own the pair I have now. Haha!

@kirkblackson Don't remember, as it was 3 years ago.
The suppressed pistol reduces Hi-Vel and Hyper-Vel to subsonic velocities, so it was likely something along those lines.

what about the frames? can they be easily broken or are thought as the lenses are?

@scoutbr00 Never shot the frames, so I don't know.
I really wouldn't worry about it too much. The polycarbonate of the lenses covers the entire area around your eyes.

This ESS goggles save a lot of eyes in Iraq and Afghanistan. I am thinking to get an ESS goggles with turbo fan build in it and a new 2009 design ESS. The ESS Ice suck if you have a thin head, It will fall off when you are running. If you have average and big head you are good with the ESS ice glasses.
