I disagree with you. Before you come to J.C. defense Christoffer Crawford's interview with the LA Times.

After watching the movie, and what I've learned, my thoughts of her were 'bipolar' too. A good deal of Hollywood is either alcohol or drug addicted and her behavior does not surprise me. I know lots of people that were severely abuse but never had the ability to speak out like she did, I for one was, but should I write a book, who would really care?

Wow, she's lit. Too bad there wasn't a Betty Ford clinic back then for movie stars with alcoholism, although they did have an AA group for famous people in Hollywood. She may not have remembered the abuse she inflicted on Christina because of her sickness. It's the nature of the beast.

Do your research. Many people who know Joan personally during the time Christina was a child did come forward in her defense. Many say Christina was a brat as a child and never outgrew it. Joan knew that Christina was writing a book and that is why she did not inherit a thing.
