@SCOTTCANE LOL at this comment now.

@HeyYTplzDontBanMeK And all I was responding too was the comment SCOTTCANE said, and you know what? It was an obvious choice at the time that the Bulls would pick Rose. Hell, even if it wasn't the Bulls, anyone would pick Rose over that cocky fuckhead Beasley. Beasley was uninterested in playing with the Bulls anyway. He got to play with D.Wade and STILL fucked up, what a flop ass joke. Wanna know why I can say "your" instead of "you're"? Cause it's the internet and I'm a G like that.
-
@Joyfulchute I never said they did, dude, all I was saying is that at the time, the notion that Beasley being better wasn't a far fetched idea. You originally made it sound like it was an obvious choice at the time and that I was being a troll by saying Beasley looked as good/better in college. Also, I find it ironic that you say "your stupid" and "get educated"; I thought the difference between "you're" and "your" was elementary English.
-
@HeyYTplzDontBanMeK Then exactly, so how did the Bulls slip Beasley? Answer: they didn't they went with the better option.
-
@Joyfulchute I remember they questioned his maturity and how he would handle being in the NBA; as we now learned, these were warranted issues. That was one of the main reasons he slipped to #2. However, that's all that was said; the rest is just assumption. They didn't say anything about work ethic or attitude. They didn't "Know talent alone wouldn't get him anywhere with his shit work ethics and attitude". He was just a risky pick, and they went with the safe pick, even if Rose was worse in col

@HeyYTplzDontBanMeK Dude, then obviously YOU don't remember the 2008 draft, cause I do. Derrick Rose and M.Beasley were BOTH in the running for first pick. Even though M.Beasley had the edge cause he was viewed as a better player. His work ethics and cocky manner wouldn't get him anywhere and the Bulls knew. There's more to a player than stats and image.
-
@Joyfulchute I'm not talking about statistics. He was simply dominant in college ball; he was viewed by a lot of people as the best player in college. Derrick Rose wasn't even the best player on his own team in college.
-
@HeyYTplzDontBanMeK Unanimously better? That's up for debate. he was throwing up meaningless statistics as he's doing now in the Timberwolves. Nothing but another Al harrington, Mo Williams, etc. Meaningless stats, FLOP.

@HeyYTplzDontBanMeK Hey bro, your stupid here. probasketballtalk(dot)nbcsport
s(dot)com/2011/02/03/derrick-r ose-michael-beasley-and-the-im portance-of-pre-draft-intervie ws/ M.B has shitty work ethics and is a cocky fucker. He was talking about Spongebob Square pants during his days in the Heats. Rose was more calm and collected. Rose was the better player overall. Get educated.
-
@HeyYTplzDontBanMeK If you simply stated your opinion as to why you thought Rose was better at the time, as you just did, I wouldn't have called you "uneducated". However, "you trying to be funny? you got yours laughs troll now run along" is condescending and unfounded, and not very logical to be honest. By the way, they were almost even? Beasley was unanimously better in college dude, don't be a homer...
How did the Bulls pass on this Beast. What a joke this guy did not go number 1. He is going to be an all star very quickly
