Poverty Reduction Initiative: Part 1

Part 1 talks about the struggles of poverty and introduces the purpose of the Poverty Reduction Initiative.

The PRI's mission is to reduce poverty through collaboration, education and economic opportunity. We are 501(3)c Non-profit located in Kalamazoo, MI at Western Michigan University. As of 2007, 36 percent of Kalamazoo City residents lived in poverty.
