@420messenger "meaning branding the affirmation of God's promise on Abraham's heart." That is incoherent gobly guk. Abraham would have done anything a being capable of torturing him and his child for eternity told him too. It's not really that amazing.

Although I would admire Abraham for refusing, I would find a more reasonable god like you're describing still testing Abraham even more absurd.
