Small town crime. What are the odds of walking into a store and finding video of the guy, then getting him identified by name (multiple times), by simply sending out the photo to friends? Still, quick thinking and resourceful woman.

I see the victim had to do all the investigating herself, the police certainly wouldn't have bothered. They probably would have just told her over the phone that there was no point in them coming out because there would be no evidence.
