These gerbil babies don't even have their eyes open yet, but they've already figured out how to run on the wheel!

  • they can chew up these wheels and the hard plastic cuts their mouths up! please change the wheel. also you need to take the wheel out of the breeder tanks so that the pups don't fall on their heads and get a brain injury!

  • @2012koren

Mine don't chew up the "Silent spinner" wheels and they are much nicer then wire wheels cause wire wheels they can get their tails and feet stuck and they get quite loud if you don't grease them up frequently. The plastic is to hard for them to chew. The babies have never gotten injured on that type of wheel. I do still have gerbils but i know longer breed them so there are no babies here anymore anyways.

  • did you like take the bigger gerbils to the pet store cause the black and tan one with white stripes... wel i have gerbils that look EXACTLY the same.... weird

  • haha, many gerbils can look a like.

  • I love this vid!

  • You shouldn't have had a wheel in that cage when the pups were so young! Their eyes aren't even open. Wheels are a high cause of death for gerbils that young.

  • @2012koren Gosh, that sounds bad! Well as I said, I ve had three pairs of gerbils and I have never had any problems with this wheel. I found it to be the best in fact, but I guess every gerbil is different. Hope you find a good one : )

  • @shazzqsong I have the same wheels and they cut up my gerbils' mouths! they are not safe!

  • Its the cutest thing Ive seen. i cant believe at such a young age, theyre already on the wheel.

  • @2012koren Thats true about those thin cheap plastic ones you can get, but these silent spinner ones are really thick and well made. Im on my third pair of gerbils and the wheel's still intact.

  • cute cute cute cute

  • SO FREAKEN CUTE!!!!
