You apparently see no color. I only got to be me from a lot of wrong living, facing the music, + learning from it. Most aren't willing to admit that change in themselves is needed. Me??? I learned to put myself in the other guy's shoes and then apply lots of compassion before allowing myself any actions. Now it's more natural to be who I am than to act like those I see. I like the way you put that... about not LOOKING at someones color, nationality, height, weight, etc. We always SEE those differences, but for me, the trick has been to always give people credit for being human beings, until or unless they prove otherwise. Even then, I like to remember that we all play the fool sometime, and we may just be seeing someones bigoted behaviors when it's their day to play the fool... So I always try to give "bad" people second chances too.
