I don't hate lil Wayne just because I like Nas, DMX, Mobb Deep and Eminem. I like those rappers because they're good at rapping, they able to make intelligent puns, have a pretty diverse general knowledge and they do it all while rhyming. Lil Wayne doesn't rhyme, and bragging about his money seems to be a recurring theme in his music. That is why I don't like his music. He doesn't rhyme and what he does have to say is pretty, well, generic and unintelligent.

An another thing that you seemed to over-look is the core element of rap, RHYMES! This guy barely ever rhymes and when he does it always something generic.
