Nides, Seared 3 Wagyu rib eye steak from Japan bought @ Mitsuwa ( marinated with Teriyaki sauce for an hour,grated fresh ginger,garlic,little sesame oil,white pepper,salt - to add our favorite flavor) for our New Year's Eve dinner, served with potato,sweet pea,carrot,sauted baby portabella mushroom with shallot,garlic,red wine,butter. Onion sauted with butter, oyster sauce.
For Cocktail: Had Nides Prawn cocktail before dinner paired with Reisling wine, then Jamon Serrano & Prociutto ,fruits and glasses of Cambria Pinot Noir.
for Dinner: Rufino Gold red wine,cake and coffee.
