http://thejuicemedia.com Rap News Episode 11: Australia Day. It's a day of high jinx, high revelry and high people in Australia; a day when a large and vocal majority come together to "celebrate what's great" about this country. But what is the meaning of all this fanfare? What is the true origin of this passionately marked day of facepaint and binge drinking? Is everyone in Australia so keen on this particular anniversary? To get to bottom of these questions, and more, join your amiable host Robert Foster as he conducts a high-octane, high-frequency satellite link-up with a representative of the Mainstream Australian media: multi-Logie award-winning broadcaster, entertainer, emu-wrangler and true blue Aussie, Kenneth Oathcarn. WARNING: contains adult Australian vernacular - viewer discretion is strongly advised.

Written, produced and performed by
Hugo Farrant (Robert Foster) & Giordano Nanni (Ken Oathcarn).

  • brilliant

  • @Yue2305 no, its because all the things with systemized robery they know all about it. they did it too when they first found america xD

  • @Benry1011 It's funny how you choose to ignore the "mistakes" and "injustices" of the past, and then re-word the celebration as a celebration of British Civilisation! Isn't that just another way of saying "We celebrate the fact that the British are still here after robbing the land off the natives?".Now I'm not an aborigine but I agree that the date of May 27,when the aborigines were miraculously discovered to be human beings,is a more appropriate date.(It was their country first!!)

  • Liked the song,

Just want to point out however That while The first 'official' celebration of "Australia Day" in 1818 was a celebration of 30 years of British Civilisation, And to this day that is what we celebrate, We arent celebrating the mistakes or injustices, and all countries in their history have been involved with "atrocities". This is what this day really means now when we celebrate it, that we have as a nation over come this hurdles, banded together as mates and created a great nation.

  • @gunailad wow are you being serious, in all partns of the world there are rednecks, and why do you think we are uneducated, i have nothing against the public system, but i go to one of the best schools in my state, costing me 22 grand a year. as with the video, its an australia stereo type, if it was done about americans, it would have people shooting guns for no reasons and if it was british it would just show them having tea or something. dont just say shit you dont understand

  • Just take it easy there fellows you live in a lucky country you CUNTSSSSSSSSSSSS! lol

  • @senoner90 It won't let me post links sorry. do search for 'mystery australia phoenicians'

Also if you are really interested read a book Called Irish Origins of Civilization Vol 1&2 it's a heavy read but very well researched. If not just read all you can about the Phoenicians and how they were master mariners.

  • ... Australia Day at its root of subjugation ehy,

~are we all just programmed dupes ?

=can we change before change overtakes us ?

  • @gunailad I'm surprised about that. Seen their very high GDP and very high standard of life I expected them to be very educated as well
